A Harris County judge Monday dissolved a court order against the Texas Republican Party over how its leaders will conduct business at this week's state party convention in Houston.

A group of GOP activists last week had won a temporary restraining order in their lawsuit alleging that the party stifles dissent from delegates by not following procedural rules. The party denies the charge
